Alisha Kay is a Senior Property Manager and Principal Broker with CAM Property Management. Since 2007, Alisha has successfully managed a diverse portfolio exceeding 1,000,000 square feet, including retail, office, medical and industrial properties. Her responsibilities contain a wide range of property management functions such as: accounting and financial reporting, maintenance of comprehensive filing systems and records, vendor qualification and coordination, cultivating strong tenant and owner relationships, strong communication skills, budget preparation and annual reconciliations.
In October 2017, Alisha achieved the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). This esteemed credential is also recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Earning the CPM designation required the successful completion of rigorous coursework, including core subjects such as marketing, human resources, asset management, and ethics. Additionally, Alisha demonstrated her expertise by developing and implementing a comprehensive management plan on a subject property.

As the Bookkeeper, Ashley Miles is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for all managed properties. Her key duties include managing accounts receivable and payable, assisting in developing and managing property budgets, assisting in conducting common area maintenance reconciliations, and preparing various financial reports. Ashley works closely with the property managers to ensure timely rent collections and adherence to financial compliance.
